Self-neglect survey
The Newcastle Safeguarding Adults Board Safeguarding Adults Review Committee are undertaking a thematic review around self-neglect.
As part of this work we are asking practitioners to share their views and experiences via a survey: https://forms.office.com/r/fS6Nbwxu3y
We want to try and further understand practitioner experiences of self-neglect to inform any changes that might be made to policy, practice and training.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and the deadline for response is 5 May 2022.
