Following feedback from partners Children’s Services have updated the referral form to enable referrers to download a copy of the submitted referral for their own records. Once the referral has been submitted there are instructions as to how to download a copy:
One: Right Click on the referral
Two: Select Print
Three: Select Send to PDF
