The NSAB is under a legal duty to develop and publish an annual plan setting out priorities to safeguard adults at risk from abuse and neglect.
The NSAB want to hear from adults with care and support needs, their families and carers, the general public and professionals about what should be included.
Have your say
We begin to think about our priorities in January of each year. There are different ways in which people can give us their views.
Email us at anytime
You can email us at anytime with ideas for our annual plan. Some key questions you might want to think about:
- What are the top three priorities you think Newcastle Safeguarding Adults Board should be concentrating on next year?
- What are your main concerns about safeguarding adults in Newcastle?
- Is there anything else you would like to tell us about keeping adults at risk safe in Newcastle?
Attending a group session
We will attend group meetings to ask people what they think. If you organise or attend a group that would like to give feedback, please get in touch with us – safeguardingboards@newcastle.gov.uk
