The need to be self-aware, Bias, Unconscious Bias and Malignant Alienation in the client, professional relationship.

What will I learn.

It is so important in modern practice that as professionals, we realise that not only does our clients upbringing, beliefs, religion, culture, and social circles impact the way they see and engage people and professionals but also our own upbringing. Essentially, understanding how this can lead to a broken relationship between the client and professional and potentially worse.

This supports: Core safeguarding adults and children training.
